Team Building Singapore
Singapore's most distinctive urban team building race. Teams navigate Marina Bay's landmarks — the Helix Bridge, Gardens by the Bay, ArtScience Museum — solving challenges that mirror real workplace dynamics: communication under pressure, resource allocation, and leading without positional authority.
Groups of 12 to 80 participants. Suited for corporate retreats, off-sites, new team formation, and cross-departmental cohorts. The format scales — small teams compete and debrief together; large groups run in parallel waves.
Most team building is about fun. This is about learning that sticks. Every challenge is designed from Organisational Psychology principles, and every debrief connects what happened in the race to what happens back at the office. Capstone has delivered this programme to 200+ cohorts across MNCs, SMEs and government agencies in Singapore.
Half-day (approximately 3.5 hours including debrief). Runs at Marina Bay, Singapore. Weather contingency built in. No special equipment required from participants.
